First time coming across it and curious

Im legally blind and i have miserable medical stuff going on 24/7 I wish it was better for us slaves I worked in retail for 13 years until i coyldnt see hardly anything , i am bi polar and have muktiple anxiety disorders My eyes are permanently damaged and I only have a few years of usable Vision left I live on $2.50 cent meals (cheese tortillas) and $1.39 iced tea from Mcdonalds I have no family help and have hardly any possessions Iced coffee at Mcdonalds is as exciting as it gets I just want to die soon so thjs doesnt go on for decades For people that are working their asses off i salute you. Go get you want….if you want freedom buy a shack in a cheap state and start over with friends I worked paid my taxes and i have nothing other than bills and debt…

It’s hard trying to be a good manager. You have to push on the company. You have to understand different peoples lives, their perspectives and just generally be a good force at work. Right now though, I wonder if it’s ok if I offer an employee food. I gave him a cake my family wasn’t eating but it was sealed. He thought it was amazing. But we throw out food and I’m wondering if it’s weird to offer someone a large thing of leftovers. So my dude has a kid and we over cook. We aren’t sure when he will be home but I grew up worried about food. We went to food banks and got most of our food that way. I know he is food insecure and I don’t like throwing food away but don’t want dude to feel like a charity case. What do you all think?

For example If i worked on Thursday for 8, but then I quit without notice on Friday. Can the company decide not to give me my money on Thursday since I have no notice?

To the American people and anyone wishing to read, They teach us in school, as we are growing up, telling children, that our histories of people going against their government, and that rebellion and anarchy are just ways of the past. That in the past is how we've gotten to this world today, now able to “live in this luxury” of the 21st century, having the convenience of it all, just to grow up now and see the reality.
