So if I'm not able to work full time I would be getting paid less per hour for doing the exact same work that the full time employees do. This is awful!

Work from home/not work
My wife and I both wish to be stay at home parents(no kids rn but in 2 or 3 years) does anyone have recommendations on how we can do this? We don't have large inheritances, degrees, or anything, working is fine(I guess) but what can we do to do this?
So, I currently work at a shitty dollar store (not the best but it pays the bills). I first agreed to this job due to it being close to my house, I had no retail experience (I had 5 years job experience in a niche field that didn’t transfer to much), and because I was desperate. The store manager made a big deal about “paying her people well” only for me to make 11.50 hr. I was rushed through training videos. Then a week or two after I started they made me a manager. I agreed cause I thought it came with a pay raise but was shocked to find out it did not. It only came with more work and “consistent hours”……. I took it anyway (desperation ya know) and I’ve been a manager since. My hours were about 30hrs a week but my shifts are all evening shifts…
I resigned from my job because my supervisor berated me in an email and tried to emotionally gaslight me for taking time off to attend my friend's memorial fundraiser. (Not the first time btw.) I went to HR and the director basically said that I need to speak to my supervisor and work things out. But it is too late for that now. This has been going on consistently for months: -they suddenly gave me a review the day after they changed the nature of my position. My other supervisor went over my job description with me to see what I do and what I don't do. My job description goes through the alphabet twice. I asked for my job description and it was suddenly changed. my supervisor constantly changed her mind and switched things I said around to make it seem like I am incompetent. My supervisor consistently threw…
Scheduler wants me to make up sick time.
I called in sick for issues with an ADA covered disability and our scheduler texted me and said you HAVE to make up your missed shift for Saturday by working a Saturday I’m not scheduled for. She listed a specific date and I told her I am going to be out of state that day and she never responded so I’m waiting on that. Is this something they are allowed to do? Force me to make up for a sick day?
I’m out of town tomorrow afternoon, since I have a family commitment. I have a shift scheduled tomorrow morning 6-12. My manager just now extended my shift to 3 pm, since someone else cancelled on her last minute. She is arguing that since she let me know 25 hours in advance I need to come in. Their policy technically states any shift 24 hours or less that is scheduled you have a right to cancel. However, since she booked me 25 hours in advance, she just barely snuck around the policy and legally is in the right. I know per policy they’re technically in bounds, but what are your thoughts on this? What would you do? For context, this is a minimum wage job I’m working just for extra change temporarily after being laid off. I have a good amount of savings and low rent, and a second role as…
My manager told me today that our boss said I was unreliable for the amount of time I take off. I requested time off in January to go visit family/ go to a concert in April. I was gone for a little over a week. Also they had months in advance to plan my coverage. I took off one extra day during my weekend(my weekend is Friday & Saturday) because I was officiating a wedding and needed that Sunday to drive home. Hearing that honestly stung, because I have done so much for that company. I rarely call in sick, I have come into work even though I was vomiting from bad period cramps, I have covered for people so many times who just won’t show up/ show up over FORTY MINUTES LATE, i have come in on days off to cover for people, I have stayed late to cover…
