Can anyone please tell my why in this day and age this is still unacceptable? I cant help but feel this would solve a lot of problems at the middle and c-suite levels.

Time to go? I really wanted this job to work out but through no fault of my own (boss/owner agrees) it doesn't seem like it will. Not to mention the huge red flag of a business not being able to pay their employee what they themselves want to pay them. Knowing it will be much of the same story most wherever I go makes me sick
Job 1 or 2 and how to resign?
Joined a job 2 months ago, got a better offer at another, what to do? I joined a company that required me to be hybrid, after doing that for 1 month, I told them I cannot do it anymore but they made an exception for me and made me a remote employee for few months while they check my deliverables. This company requires 40 hour work week. They also micromanage. The other company is a smaller or the two, different industry, has 36 hours a week with flex Fridays and fully remote. The salary is 10,000 more per annum. Don’t know abt the work culture , Glassdoor reviews are better. The work is going to be similar. Please help me decide and help me find a way to inform job 1 abt my decision to resign so soon.

How much longer?
How much longer can we (Young Americans) survive like this? How much longer can you allow them (our government) to be tyrannical, incompetent, out of touch, not representative of the working class? How much longer must we (people under 30) put up with this before we stand together and fight against an authoritarian, oppressive, unjust, dictatorship of the rich and powerful? How much longer can we survive with a inflationary economy being pushed upon the masses without any real solutions? How long can you scrape by every month, week, day? How much longer can you stay with your parents to avoid massive rent & utility payments? How much longer can you keep putting off higher education because your terrified of putting yourself in debt when you can’t even afford life right now? How much longer can you ask friends, family, and relatives for help before they cut you off? How…
