Lately I’ve been doing nothing all day but I’ve also really really been wanting to see my friends in china. So I’m just gonna start saving up for a long stay over there to forget about American problems lol. But yeah. Most my day consists of me doing nothing and just scrolling on TikTok all day. Sometimes I plant native plant seeds to make my mountain prettier. Yay.

The HWA went into effect in July of 2022. It includes part time employees, even if the parent company is located outside of New Mexico. I put in an application for a state job today, and am crossing my fingers. But either way, my employer is getting reported to the state for violating the HWA first thing tomorrow.

It is a good job but it has its issues of how this company is run. there is no communication, lack of training, stressful manual labor, management isn't their or not doing the rightful things that a manager supposed to do, injuries that could been prevented, too many favoritism and sexual favoritism, lying about pay and bonuses, and last rudeful and disrespectful of race and homosexuality behavior. I have worked here at pactiv/evergreen for sixteen years and stayed at a OP-B+ position for the last ten years and was trying to step up another job position (OP-C). My boss loves to text me at any time of day/day of the week I work 40+ hours 9-5:30(they won’t pay for my 30 min lunch) I already. I have asked her to not text me work related issues until I am clocked in and she just ignores my requests text
