I want to work in a factory, because I have PTSD from working in customer service, but don't know if I should.

How should i go about reporting this?
My manager texted me “hey, i heard you quit i was wondering why?” And when i told her proceeded to say this. After i blocked her number she proceeded to text me on what i only assume is textnow (or an equivalent” I find it extremely unprofessional and rude. Apparently she has had a history of losing her cool like this. Fazolis TN
I sometimes read this sub and feel like there are people who just don’t want to work. I feel em. I rather not work too; my question is if I have a job that say takes care of people and that the work is hard and demanding but I’m paid well, that’s not the anti work you are talking about right? How do you all envision anything needed getting done? I feel my questions are all over the place. Would you say this sub is anti-exploitation? Thanks reading. Not sure what I am asking.
Looking for a part time job right now and maybe 1 out of 20 will say the wage (which is always minimum). I’m here to work for money damn it, I don’t care about your company culture and 10% discount. What the hell do you think a part time job is even for? Sick of this shit!
Drama and Gossip
Why does every work place feel like I’m reliving high school? The cliques, the drama, the gossip, constant back stabbing. I work in a freaking homeless shelter, this isn’t glamorous or anything. And yet so many of my colleagues act like there some big pay raise or bonus waiting for them for being an asshole to everyone else. We’re a non-profit funded by the province, there’s barley a cost of living increase. I just want to help people in need and live a quiet life.
Now, of course, you'd never use the personal phone, address or email address to send CEOs and politicians to say send them letters reminding them that they need to be less shitty or encourage people to do so. That would be protesting and, as we know, we are all good little peasents and would never find creative yet still non violent ways to protest. Especially not in a more organized fashion. But yes, science, how do we find this info?
The pay is $32 an hour. (Starts 70%) You get paid $80/hr on holidays. Tons of people are suddenly volunteering to work. Even the less desired shifts.
I’d honestly love to abolish letting. Go make your money elsewhere, boomers and those fortunate to be born into situations where they can own property at a young age. Edit: I should also say MINIMUM of two months. My last unit was empty for five months after they tried to hit me with a re-negotiated 11% rent increase
So for reference I work in child nutrition for the school system. I’m a lunch lady. I’m in a nation wide lunch lady group on Facebook and someone asked what we managers work hour wise. The comments from my peers just made me so sad I thought you guys might get a kick out of it. For anyone who hasn’t done the job it can be extremely labor intensive so breaks are absolutely necessary.
Here’s mine!
This happened two months ago, and I’m finally separated from it enough to talk about. Blocked the number and turned in my keys the next day.
