Guess what? We make minimum wage to manage this whole shop ourselves, us 2. We work for a multimillionaire who thinks we’re stupid for being poor, and you’re still gonna act like my boss and yell at me about nothing. I’ve been working here years, you’ve been working there a couple months. So I’ll take my good references that got fired for being paid too much and I’ll enjoy my free paid weekend off. Suck my nuts, I’ll literally go make more down the street where they do open interviews. I’m sure it’ll suck but at least they don’t fire your boss and make you do her job without a raise and then STILL refuse the annual raise. Sure is a beautiful day outside! Fuck you!

We can all agree that working conditions are awful (lack of pay, hours, PTO, parental/sick leave, fear of losing our job, being forced to work when buildings are being destroyed by blizzards and tornadoes, etc). Our CEO has fired a significant number of employees this year preparing for financial turmoil in the market. He also cut the positions' salary for new hirings, took an increase in bonuses of 200% each year since 2019 and annonced us recently he is going the retire. Well, he just posted he will be getting a new position as a board member of another company while leaving the workers in the dust. I just saw he posted his new position on LinkedIn and people are cheering for him. Is there anything I can say to expose this shitshow without puting myself at risk?

im done. every job ive had has exploited me or otherwise made me unhappy, uncomfortable, and riddled with anxiety i dont want to work anymore. i would sooner sit in my bed and rot there than choose to continue working but i have to. i just got lured in to a new place offering much more than my last job. even mildly progressive as i was able to negotiate a four day, 10 hour a day, work week. im 20 minutes away. still unhappy. i feel every day that goes by i grow more and more mentally incapable of participating in this shit show. im already on lexapro. idk what the fuck else im supposed to do besides walk into a ward for some temporary sanctuary with crazies all around me. i dont get it. i dont know how we're supposed to live anymore

I found myself looking at jobs through LinkedIn. There used to be a function that allowed me to input my desired salary bracket but it seems to have disappeared. Has anyone else noticed this, or did the functionality get moved and I just haven’t found it?
