Over time not paid correct?
I work 8am – 4:30pm but get paid for 8 hours (half hour break deducted) I have been doing over time + 2 hours a day but boss has deducted half hour so only paying me for 1 and a half. To me it dosnt make sense I am not taking anouther break, surley any time worked past half 4 should be paid. What ar your thoughts.

I think I should just quit I'm not making enough my job has cut me down to 2-3days a week and expect me to carry the whole department on my back alone for long hours expecting me to work on my breaks and getting an attitude with me just because I'm on my lunch and there's no one to cover the floor because their poor arses can't afford to hire more people (there's literally only 3 people) in our department. I have requested to change departments but I see that I'm not moving up and the changes of me moving to another department is slim since I never have time to do my online training.
