My bosses are starting to clue in that a bunch of us are trying to unionize the workplace. I'm very difficult to fire and want some easy to memorize and catchy union/strike songs to sing and/or hum when they're in earshot.

When to Give Notice?
I’ve accepted a new role and cleared the background check, however the new job doesn’t start until June 26th. I’m a sales team manager in between assignments and my new assignment starts May 15th with a group of newly hired sales agents. Should I give notice now to prepare the best option for this new team? Selfishly, I’m hoping I’ll be able to start giving away some of these responsibilities as well but not sure if this much notice could negatively impact me?
My place of employment is offering an action packed week of appreciation. What should I be excited about the most?
I had my monthly one on one with my supervisor and she said that she wanted me to become a mentor then a supervisor because she thinks that I’ll be a great fit but I immediately rejected the idea lol.
She claims that she already tried to instruct me, and that I blew her off and ignored her. So for the past few months she’s been saying I’m doing fine but giving me brutal reviews behind my back to the boss. My boss won’t believe me when I say this to her. I can’t remember a single time she tried to give me instruction. She’s usually hanging out with her coworker buddies and sometimes refuses to talk to me. Idk please help.
I work as a tour guide and have been told its unprofessional to have my hands in my pockets. I use my hands when I speak, so this is really only when I'm standing/walking. It just feels much more natural. What is wrong with looking somewhat relaxed at work? I know my guests prefer a less formal experience, but I guess the higher ups want us to act like servants. Is this a thing elsewhere?
My boss just told me that we can go ahead and let our client know that we can schedule a her despite being out-of-state regardless of her decision with accepting a larger project. She decided to refuse because it was too expensive, and when I let him know after promising her that we can still go out and service her, he told me that we were not supposed to schedule anyone outside our “zone,” essentially being my fault. I referred to him to his previous email because of his approval and immediately his excuses came rolling in and I was let off the hook…
The last company I worked for – 8 years – always denied raises. Various reasons, even though my performance reviews were always 4 or 5's. I quit after my supervisor suggested I cancel my health insurance to save money. This new company is totally opposite. Annual COL raises, annual salary increase, generous PTO, guaranteed WFH (for me), and the pay is 2.5 times what I was previously paid. I negotiated a $10k salary increase 6 months into my new job, and they agreed with no problems. This next review will be in addition to my increase last year. I'm meeting with my supervisor today to discuss annual compensation review. I don't know how to act like I am grateful for anything, no matter how small. I am grateful, don't get me wrong, I love my job. But i don't want them thinking I am ok with no increase, or even…
