So, first, I’m sorry if this doesn’t quite fit. I’m really at a loss right now and need some confirmation that I’m not actually insane and the people that run this company are complete morons. (or maybe I am insane, I can handle that too). So some quick background info: I work for a smaller nonprofit in a large city. We do various things, but primarily market ourselves as youth development. I do communications, photo/video editing, content creation, graphic design, social media, and website support among others. I was hired as an intern early-2019, and full-time mid-2019.
