Contract change

I individually got a new work contract that would require new tasks and duties for me, before in writing I was told a different pay, a different schedule and then was giving more hours, and a dollar less an hour. After begrudgingly agreeing and signing this contract they have verbally asked me the past 6 days to add another day (Sunday) and an extra hour to the end of my weekend day shifts(Friday and saturdays) I keep saying I don’t appreciate all the changes being asked out of an already signed contract. They are giving me hella shit and I don’t know what to do. I keep saying no but no is not an answering they are accepting

My manager lied to all the associates and told us that only managers can do Mastercard sign ups and that they don’t get paid for it, it just makes them look good. We were told that every time a customer wants to sign up for one, we have to call him over or tell the customer to come back on the days he’s in. The new manager that’s filling in helped us find…

My boss just told me ” if you want a manager position you have to already be doing the work”

Today he took me aside to talk about being promoted to management. He starts by asking me if I think I'm ready and why. I reply with something along the lines of : I believe I am the most qualified because I can sell in every department in the store and help out others close sales. I'm a leader blah blah. He then tells me that I'm not ready for the job because I'm not already doing the work of a manager and for him to know I'm ready I need to already be doing the work (managing salesmen, dealing with customer issues…). I feel like that concept is completely stupid! Why would I do extra work for the same pay just for a chance at a promotion when I'm already doing the most work and have the best sales of all the salesmen there?! To me, it sounds like…
