Today was my last day at a job I've worked for 12 years. I'm 31 and worked at a factory since I graduated high school. I gave this place my knees, my wrists, and a marriage. I gave a two weeks notice, as for as long as I've been there the rule was if you give two weeks you'll get the rest of your vacation time paid out on your last pay check. I went to university, got good grades, secured my bachelor’s degree, and started working in my field right away. Hey everyone recent grad here. I just graduated with a bs in computer science and have been applying to jobs but it seems like it’s my application against 300+. Not saying I don’t believe in myself because I do, I have a lot of skills on my resume and have multiple internships where I have further developed my skills. I just can’t seem to get an Interview. I hope someone can point me into the right direction.
