I am going to make a formal complaint against my company after my contract is up at the end of the month. I'm waiting on a reference. I am hoping the government will investigate but I know all the evidence I can get will be necessary. I am not sure but concerned that they will eliminate or suspend my access to my work Gmail account which has a ton of stuff to support my case. How can I save them all electronically on my computer or Drive or something? Do I need to download each individual emal thread as a PDF? Is there an easier way? I did seach online but I haven't figured it out.

I'm in my mid 20s. Went back to college and started looking for “summer jobs” before I go back to school. To my findings, there are full time 40-50 year olds working min wage retail jobs. (grocery stores, clothing, hardware etc) I call and send in application to 20+ retail stores. Never hear back. Yet the job market is “red hot”. WTH. So, My employer has a referral and recruitment bonus program. If you refer someone and they end up getting hired , the employee who submitted the referral gets a recruitment bonus (payout of about 2.5k). And this where the problem starts: Most of the time you dont need to write a seperate motivational letter if you where already working as a contractor. So you just apply if they ask you to and you get your contract and are then employed by instead of contracted. HR is denying all referral bonus requests for those people on…
” A subreddit for those who want to end work ” I'm struggling to understand how the world would work without people working. I can understand wanting better working conditions but “end work”? How would that look like. Where would your food come from, who would maintain infrastructure etc etc?
Sent this email to @ ALL in the company – had many of the employees reach out and thank me. Dear All, This will be my final email to all of you. I am resigning effective immediately today from my position as IT Network Manager at (company). I would like to say I have never worked with such fine people on a day-to-day basis. All of you deserve so much. You deserve to be treated fairly, rewarded for hard work, and be recognized and advanced in your careers. At the very least, all of your salaries should be raised to cover inflation. Every other company is doing that, so why not here? My departure is in no way in connection with any of you, it is geared more toward personal opinions on policies by management and wanting to advance my own career. It has hard to believe that I…
