I very rarely see companies actually getting called out by name. With all the horrible things they put us through and the change we want to see, why wouldn’t you want to name them? If there’s rules against it, find a way around them.

Worked for my current company for almost 5 years now, I'm the longest tenured employee within my department with atleast 3 years on other employees. I've been here through 4 managers, 15 co-workers and have over 12 years of experience 2 of which were as a supervisor role. In the first 3 years I never got a raise or a bonus, I got fucked over during covid being one of the only employees to come into work while sales staff were kept at home and paid the same amount of reduces hours as me (30). I've stayed late probably over 100 times eventhough I have a family waiting for me at home and stuff to do. In the first week of May, I received a phone call from the job I had applied for, and we agreed verbally on the terms. I also requested them to send me an offer letter, and they said they would do so when I met with HR the following day. However, it turned out that the person I met with was not actually from HR, but rather filling in temporarily due to an HR vacancy. This person worked in the sales department and provided me with information about the benefits. Shockingly, she mentioned that there would be no 401k contribution, no paid time off (PTO) until after one year, and no days off on holidays. I'm not a native English speaker, so it could be hard to get my ideas across very precisely. I wanted to start by giving you all a little introduction of myself: I always loved learning at school, I would even give up on going out with my friends, thus I am a bit awkward socially. It's not that I have no friends at all, I do and they're great, but they're also all (or most of them at least) talking about starting a summer job to earn some money. We're all 18/19 (Born in 2004) and we all did some “work” before (either help somebody or take part in some competitions with money prizes). TL;DR: multinational company, 8 year tenure, I'm working in US office where the team is just me and my manger. Asked to relocate to another state, team manager denied because “it would be unfair to others in the global team”, without actually hearing my case or even looking into possible options or compromises. At my job, we have multiple offices around the world. The team I am working in has over a dozen people in Europe HQ, 2 people in Asia and here in USA state X it's just me and my direct manager, let's call him John. While it's just the two of us in the team, the office has hundreds of people working in other departments, but there is no interaction with them whatsoever. Probably my favourite thing to do. I smile and nod and totally zone out on zoom meetings. The amount of meetings that I am in is ridiculous. Meetings to talk about the last meeting…action apathy…why is it that VC funded tech companies and start ups have such hard ons for continual, incessant meetings. All I can do is glaze over and go to my happy place in my mind and try to ignore the fact they've f—d the whole company over with our acquisition….
