Why should we work anymore?

I’ve heard this time and time again and truly don’t understand the idea here.
I will report him after I pick up my check, not sure I should just tell him I’m reporting HIM NOW.
In an earlier post, he asked for my age, even though it's illegal to discriminate against age in the UK. Safe to say I'm not replying. I need a job but these are way too many red flags.
Hey! Long time lurker, first time poster. Is it normal for my job to ask us more “positive” employees to leave reviews on Google to boost our recruiting appeal and overall company image? Is this a red flag, or am i reading too much into this?
I loved this “Content Manager” job listing I came across on LinkedIn, which apparently wants someone to do two (or more- I see HR and legal tasks wrapped up in this description) full time jobs for the price of one: “You are not a Marketing expert and not an IT person. No, you are right in between these things and ensure that those two completely different worlds work together in a streamlined way. This way you realize compelling websites, dazzling campaigns and other cool digital content for national and international organizations. The one time you might perform a huge content migration to a new CMS and help with the (technical) implementation. the weekend before last, the bathrooms at my work were out of order for the third time in a month and a half, and the company decided that instead of paying a plumber to come fix them, they’d send someone from their home office over an hour away to look at them. the bathrooms were literally broken for three full business days, so i filed an OSHA claim because that’s fucked up. we have a super small staff, like fewer than 10 people, so my manager figured out it was me and sent me harassing texts on my day off. then she told all my coworkers that’s she’s going to watch for every mistake i make so she can fire me. she’s filed reports with HR and everything, so yesterday i filed a whistleblower claim with OSHA. i’m totally dreading work and haven’t been able to eat or sleep. fuck…
