Boss came into the office possibly having covid

So our boss told us he was exposed to covid at Easter and he'd be working from home. Totally fine, no problem. There's no reason at all we have to physically be in the office, we are hybrid and can work from home. Today all of a sudden he just pops into our office, no mask, coming near all of us. I immediately internally freak out because I REALLY don't want covid. When I got it the first time it went to my inner ear and I was so so sick. Nobody seems to care except for me and I honestly do not feel comfortable here right now. He said he took a test this morning and it's negative but WHY NOT JUST WORK FROM HOME!?

I finally laid the law with my supervisor, after six years of complaints.

First, I am not in the US. I am also a government worker, and I have good pay, great healthcare, retirement and time off policies. This issue goes back to when I was first hired, six years ago. My job is shift based, and since I work outside city limits -technically- transport is assured, from my house to work, and back. The issue is with the driver. This guy is hired by an external company, but in reality, he was a nepo hire by my direct supervisor (he is related to his BIL). This guy routinely is late by at least 20 minutes. So imagine working a 12 hours night shift, sitting in an office chair, only to have the driver that is supposed to bring your relief, and take you home, come in 30 minutes late. More often than not, it’s up to an hour late. At first I…
