We’ve all had these guests that come in and are difficult from the get go. Wether they are after a free meal or just trash human beings in general. We need to unite. Let these people know. Whether it’s verbally, or walking away and telling your manager, “I can’t continue to serve these guests”. Enough is enough and these people are just getting worse. It’s time to unite! Let these people know we are not their slaves. We are here to expedite their dinner service/experience, not be disrespected, talk down to, treated like crap, by these entitles fucking assholes of all races. Do not let these Karen’s and Chads belittle you, talk down to you, or run you ragged!!! Stand up for yourself, even if it means loosing your job, serving jobs are a dime a dozen now days, if your manager doesn’t have your back, fuck your job!!! Go…

I’m lovin’ it.
Not having food on the table, having to sleep without heat, having to give up on essential things because you aren't a billionaire, having to work in a very humiliating job where you take abuse by the public 8 hours a day 5 days a week, getting kicked out to the streets at the risk of getting raped or trafficked and accumulating more irrecoverable trauma which leads to permanent mental disability – all of this is worse than death. Death, in this case, is freedom from all the crimes committed against you, from all the pain and suffering and unlivability of life. For some people it doesn't get better and they need to rest forever.
I no longer work at this place, but am still close with two of my ex coworkers. Recently there was a tragic incident that led to the death of one of the ex coworkers family members. I was told by the other ex coworker that the boss refuses to close the office to let the staff go to support the grieving coworker. Are they allowed to just “sorry, but no.” Everyone? This person has worked here for years, as well as the others and they’re very close. I find it kind of disgusting considering everything else this place has done recently. Everyone wants to be there to support this amazing person, but they’re being told no. I will definitely be going, but I’m very sad the rest can’t attend.
“Just do a coding bootcamp!”
I do not want to take a coding bootcamp. I’ve tried coding and hate it with my entire being. I’ve worked for tech companies and engineers were some of the most annoying bootlickers I’ve ever met in my life. Switching to coding shouldn’t be the option to avoid being poor. Pay people everywhere a living fucking wage. Let them have their vacations. I’d actually love to make a living folding clothes all day if it would pay my rent!
