I found a recent(ish) report from Nerd Wallet that gives the median salary by degree (Associate, Bachelor, Master, etc.) and it seemed high for the median. I attached the link, what’re your thoughts? Too high, too low, just right?

I work for a big military contractor and my boss now has me training for and doing another job entirely. I now have 2 separate jobs, asked for a raise and was told he couldn't do it. Getting kind of busy being pulled in 2 different directions, not to mention the jobs sort of conflict with each other. Honestly, I'm afraid to be reported for conflict of interest in doing them together. Was told don't worry about that and that my main job doesn't keep me busy the whole work day anyway. Is there anything I can do here?
The lies doctors tell
Got told today I was sleeping on the job because the lights were off in one of the rooms that I work in. Apparently three doctors saw me sleeping. Computer logs show I was actively doing paperwork. I’ve never slept on the job. Two days earlier a doctor said same thing, I was in my office from 7:50 to 8:15 sleeping. Time clock shows I didn’t clock in till 8. Was with a patient from 8-8:12. Did paperwork from there on. It’s just really dumb to lie about something when my performance is the best on the team and I have logs to prove that I’m actively working.
Thought’s on these two sheets?
Oh man, the Irony
Found this a funny read. CEOs seems to embody the exact same traits they are complaining about with their employees. https://www.cnbc.com/2023/03/28/ceo-and-founder-shares-toxic-personalities-he-avoids-at-all-costs-and-signs-to-watch-for.html
Why not wfh?
I’m a teacher who won’t be having students on campus. I asked to work from home that day and this was the response. Please enlighten me—which of these tasks do I need to be on site for? Why do you think I’d work better in a storage room than at an actual desk at home? Why must I spend commute time and gas money to do something I could do more effectively & efficiently at home?? I’m furious & I want to ask these questions to my admin, but I don’t have the guts because I need the job…
Working outside the US
I finally hit my breaking point with my current employer. After several involuntary moves to new positions and being told that I do not qualify for the promotion that they asked me to interview for, I decided it’s my time to leave. I’ve been applying for months, but this last week really kicked it into gear for me. The market is shitty and I really don’t want to work for corporate America any longer. I have wanted to find a way out for a while, the only reason I’ve stayed is to provide for my family. Has anyone in this group had luck working remotely for a company that is based outside of the US? I’m in FinTech Sales, I know there has to be a way to work elsewhere without having to pick up and move. I know this probably isn’t the content you’re used to seeing in this…
Hmmm I am so pissed right now. My supervisor gave me a shit review all because he thinks I should do more his job since I've been with the company the longest and he's in a different city (different branch but manages both form same province). Said I do my job very well but I should take on more of leadership role hence my “need improvement” review. That was in January. Of course, I did not take this very well after giving my all for years even when I was the only one staffed at my location multiple times due to different reasons (coworker was a thief so got fired, covid. extended fake medical leave). I have been on call for over 6 years 24/7. Always got exceed expectations on my review and the supervisor have only been here 3 times in the 13 years I've been here. I take…
