I hate work. That is all.
It must be nice
Every day, I work my ass off. I clean every nook and cranny, but if I forget just one thing or get distracted by a resident and don't do something immediately, they are on my ass yelling at me. A lot of times, they accuse me of not checking the bathrooms twice a day, but if a resident goes to the bathrooms and makes a mess everywhere or spills something on the floor after 2, I'm off work and can't do anything about it. They are threatening to fire me because my coworker and I aren't doing a good enough job deep cleaning despite being told to clean these things during training. This job is overwhelming. I was already subjected to constant taunting, threats and intimidation by the c level however I was able to put that aside and continue to function fully even with HR trying to supposedly back me up because there were a number of times in calls where they would do this but I always denied anything. Fast forward a coworker came into town for a meeting and was a nice person. I'd prefer not to name and not to say the gender at all. Anyways I posted here to say that I believe they committed suicide because of work place bullying and apparently our of all the posts mine was picked up by a coworker on…
Seriously, why have the banks private if at the end of the day the government pays the bills? First it was SVB in US now its Credit Suisse in Europe which got $55 billions in Swiss government money. Like why not just nationalize them by this point if the public ends up paying for them anyway? Same goes with any other industry that gets bailed out, whats the point of them being private if they take public money?
