I was just having a conversation about how employers address situations where women who have issues like endometriosis and PCOS. And it got me thinking on wokrplaces handling all other things regarding women's health, as I know it's still “taboo” (???) in so many places. I've been lucky enough to not encounter this, but I have friends who have not been so lucky. Sparked my curiosity for the worst stories about how a workplace has handled a situation regarding womens health. Share your stories here.

Coworker fell for a scam call, don't know how much it was, but must've been bad. My concern is taking out of paycheck, and the whole “other technological methods” as I have many customers who come in specifically to reload their cards (paypal, visa, cashapp, etc). Granted, they do this in store and obviously they pay, so I see no issue in doing it, but don't know if he'd count those and don't want to sign incase he does. Customers mainly only come in when I'm in as I'm the only one who will do it. Besides this he's made it a terminal offense if we answer the phones and it's not him on the other end. Understandable as to avoid scammers, but this also effects customers who might call.

I feel like at the end of the day your going to have to work. And you are going to be under the elite and wealthy. I live in America and I’m working hard to carve a decent life. Honestly i like the grind and achieving success, but I’m tired of toxic bosses and leaders. (We definitely could work less tho!) I feel like no matter what we will always have toxic elite over us that were just born into their status. I’m half black from the slums of ohio. Had to join the military to get out and currently working on my degree. The military is like a toxic cult. Everyone hates their lives and takes it out on the lower rankings. Can’t wait to get out, but I’m losing faith in society. I feel like when i get out I’m going to have a toxic boss as well.…
Hello, I’ve been working for a small behavioral health clinic as an admin support remotely. (My employer is based in OR and I’m in CA). The owner (my boss) told me it’s 1099 & I was paid $12 per hour for training & $15 after training. I knew this was extremely low but I needed a job at that moment. I’ve been with them for almost 3 months so I decided to ask for $17 per hour & my boss’s reply kind of bothered me. About a month ago she offered me an incentive where I’d get 20% of every patient’s first session I “bring in”. I obviously said yes, but now that I have mentioned higher pay, she told me the incentive offer was supposed to be a nice bonus, but instead she will pay me $17 per hour and no more incentive bonus. She also had to add…
