Question for Fire Wardens and First Aid?
Is a worker's performance ever graded on attendance/caring surrounding fire warden and first aid training? I have attended so many, I am a warden, I have Autism, I know what to do, and the training never changes. I know that so many people don't know what to do I get that, and training is always needed and essential, but I am referring to if bosses have the ability to potentially, either reprimand or get repercussions for either not caring or not attending. Every single one we have; we show two video clips. The first is from Fawlty Towers, the fire alarm. And the second is The Office when everyone loses their minds. And when we actually have a test/evacuation everyone acts like that (panics) even though the know what to do.

When did remote stop meaning remote?
Got this message from a recruiter today: “……Currently we are hiring for “Architect- System” (Remote 100% for candidates residing in Columbus, OH or nearby) for our Implementation Partner. Candidate must have completed multiple Remediating Gap Analysis & Reports projects with excellent skills to work with stakeholders.” You want remote 100%…… but care where I live…. This makes no sense lol. I get businesses and recruiters reaching out to me about once a week – but the “fake remote” ones piss me off.
Just so everyone is aware, all of SVBs depositors were fully covered, all their investors lost all their money. This is important for Ken, because if he was involved in SVB, it was as an investor, and it would be terribly unfair if “millionaires” got their money, and he lost all his. But that's actually BS too, because the FDIC only covers $250K, and that isn't actually much for a business, then you have people like a company I know. They didn't do business with SVB but their payroll company did, so what happened is they sent the money to the company to pay their payroll and there was a chance that their payroll company wasn't going to pay their employees. I work in patient care as a receptionist and I cannot stand the crap that I am out through by the general public. Your insurance sucks and didn’t pay out now you’re left with a bill? It’s the receptionist fault! Your insurance is for mental health and substance abuse? Also the receptionist-after all she came to your house, sat down with you, and helped you purchase this particular insurance. You decided to not show up to your past four appointments and now the doctors don’t want to see you? Also her fault. Oh you’re over an hour late and you can’t get your appointment? Damn..why didn’t she come to your house and give you a ride to the office? The abuse that receptionist endure for a paycheck this pathetic is astounding.
