How is your company fem washing today?
It's international women's day. My company has mostly men senior leadership. Would say 80-20 is the ratio. On a churning webinar where some talking head from HR is going on about our diversity in promotion when I know for a fact promotion is based on favoritism and therefore the mostly boys club at the top. How is your company fem washing?
Three people left before I joined due to my boss. She loves to micromanage. We hired my new coworker way after me. My coworker is older and has more work experience in our field than I do, but I have more experience in this specific job. My boss hates me because I give her evil stares for micromanaging me. My coworker noticed she’s being micromanaged and loves to OVERREPORT. She would go on and talk about every little interaction she had with anyone to make my boss know that she’s working. She mentions every little thing she does – explaining all the silly steps that we all know. I love my coworker. Anyway, my boss has been so pissed lately and telling my coworker she has been wasting too much time explaining. My boss even told me that coworker is wasting time. Should I imitate my boss?

Hi everyone, I'm just coming here for information as to this unique circumstance I have. First things first, I'm Australian and I love my job and my workplace is usually a non-toxic environment. Secondly, we use a facial recognition clock in and clock out system. Thirdly, after a long hard working day, the clock out machine doesn't recognise me some times due to id assume intense labour and exhaustion changing my face. So some days after trying to clock out for 10 to 20 mins I just leave. Recently my boss said “hey you've been forgetting to clock out lately” I explained what I said above and his response was, “Doesn't matter you have to clock otherwise you won't get paid” . Yesterday I stood there for 10 mins trying to clock out and eventually just left. Fast forward to today and I was standing in the line waiting to…
