Step 1: Leader at some upper level of company's hierarchy comes up with an initiative/task force/drive. This particular idea is not the greatest idea in the world, and creates a lot of problems, headaches, and trouble for everyone downstream of them in the hierarchy, and ultimately, is detrimental to the company Step 2: Most everyone downstream right away can see the issues and are not thrilled, but, among these people who are not thrilled, some just stay silent and go along, and the rest feign/fake excitement, support, and start “cheerleading” the project. A few people tactfially, and a few not so tactfully, voice their concerns and/or displeasure. These people are given the run-around by leaders from the upper leader on down, with them talking around the issues and not really addressing any concerns, or pulling the ole handwaving off the problem, and maybe even go as far as to subtly…

I just can’t do this anymore sorry, I see absolutely no point in just working your whole life then dying. I just don’t see the point of existence because you’re supposed to work for things that make you happy but nothing makes me happy. Screw this, I’m not contributing, I’m just taking myself out of the equation.

I was tasked to travel to another location to review another branch, so was supposed to be given a round trip ticket paid for by the company via my immediate boss. When it closed a few hours ago and everyone went home, I was trying to go back, but then found out my job did not give me a two-way round trip ticket for the transportation they provided me. They Instead only gave me a one-way ticket. When I pointed this out to my supervisor and other leadership I could, they all declined to help saying that my immediate manager has confirmed with them they gave me a one-way ticket even though I showed and sent them that this wasn't the case. Saying that maybe I left the ticket and that it is not their responsibility to get me back to town. Except how would I have left the ticket?…

Need help. I work in healthcare and am getting ready to report neglect/abuse of an individual in my care (by other staff). I have written a complaint about the incidents (basically management is trying to sweep it under the rug) and it is being “investigated”. The person in question (doing the neglect) is still employed with the company, but is now on a PIP. I believe my job is in jeopardy now so I am wanting to take steps to cover my ass. I requested all personal documents from HR, partly because of curiosity (I have heard they forge documents and are shady af) and also because they have a “don't talk about wages” policy or we will be fired – which I am getting ready to report to the DOL (I'm pretty sure they made me sign something saying I wouldn't talk about my wages, hence why I wanted…
