I will never feel bad about job hopping

Companies/agencies can and will fire an employee without thinking twice about it for a multitude of reasons. Even if they’ve worked there for ages. Even if they have impeccable work ethic. looking for another job because retail sucks.

So I'm new to retail, and previously, I had a more labore intensive job. I'm currently doing training and I'm already looking for a new job. It's just not my cup of tea.My boss and coworkers are nice. I plan to quit as soon as I get a new job. The pay is alright, but it's not worth it since I can make more money working at a job that's requires a bit more work for higher pay. I respect people who work in retail as full-time or part-time positions.

They never even care to ask how we're doing, and I'm telling you, it's truly miserable outside. I don't get this mentality at all. I also don't understand why they don't offer us the option of staying home when the weather is like this. I was supposed…
