I got my current job a couple months before covid. I literally go to work and come back home. No social life at all and my manager won't let me switch shifts Although I am very grateful for it I am looking for a change but not many places are hiring in my area. I had an interview last week. I meet all the qualifications but the interviewers rushed me to answer the questions so I literally said anything and now I can't stop thinking about it. It was 2 nice interviewers and 1 mean one and unfortunately the mean one made me lose focus. I was asked a question and I was thinking about a response and after 3 seconds of thinking the interviewer responded with do you not understand the question. So my ex employer decided that they don’t want to pay me for my last 10 days of work. They have been misclassifying me as a Independent Contractor, they also been stealing money from every one of my paychecks since beginning to work there. On top of that, they have refused to pay me my last check. I tried talking to my ex employer about paying me for the last week but she has been dodging my texts. When I threatened to call the department of labor she finally responded and accused me of stealing cash. Still, no paycheck. I contacted the department of labor but they said I can’t file a claim until 10 days after payday. I’m curious to what happens after I call the department of labor with these complaints? So I work for a company in Montana I have been there for over 8 years. About a half a year into me working there they took away our per diem, I travel there from another state. They took away our per diem because we lived in company housing and they said that was why. Fast forward to recently I found out they're still charging the companies we contract to per diem one of the head guys got really upset when he asked me if I got per diem and I said no. He said that he's not paying our company per diem anymore if it's not going to the employees. I did the math and it's a lot of money that I didn't get in Per diam. Can I do anything to get it back?

So I make cheep/free assets they sell ok recently a few were take down for being to simple To early ones were smaller then my normal output and I was trying something new It kinda hit me affer putting up a mega project that took 3months to make that's script hevy few modles getting a too simple To realise they have a random list of criteria they gave to a bot that if displeased can yell to simple Who does this I can't fix what I don't know i cant plan acordnly one of them i just added a pot plant and a video and it was suddenly ok to go on the store
