The situation is a bit complicated but I'll try my best to explain it. I'm currently working as a student intern as a recruiter in a company next to my Work and Industrial psychology master's degree. On paper I'm an intern working part-time, but in practice I'm working full-time with real full-time responsibilities and pay, and I love it. The problem here is that the main headquarters of the company back in the USA (I'm in Europe) is 110% against the European branch where I work having its own sepcific recruiter. They are of the opinion that HR Managers should take care of their recruitment and are forcing my manager to follow suit. But the numbers and turnover rate show a different reality. Management literally has said you can come in high and shitfaced, but as long as you can do the job, we won't fire you. I don't know if I should be proud knowing that or just sad at this point. We are a high turnover company with toxic management styles. I don't blame anyone for walking out.

I have already quit my job. Prior to my notice period ending my boss has told me to do absolute stupid shit for the company that makes no sense. It now no longer feels like a workplace but a bloody circus. He is also making other people do the stupid shit as well! My notice peroid ends on the 21/01/23 in my contract it states I am required to give at least Four weeks notice. My workplace have currently had 5. At the end of the notice period it would be 7. So I'm new at work like in 3 weeks in and I'm the kinda person that needs a couple of repetitions to get it.
