Return to office anxiety. Need advice.
My company has made it mandatory to come to office for 2 days a week starting next month. I have severe anxiety issues and returning to office is NOT an option. I have 3 months of notice period left( fuck this company). How do I convince the management? Should I cite my notice period, anxiety issues altogether? Urgently need some suggestions.
