Like a good anti work millennial, I like to kill time I should be working with scrolling snapchat stories and watching episodes of their little mini shows or whatever. They have (some) ads that you can't skip for 5 seconds…there are two by Amazon talking about how you get full benefits from day one, part time or full time!!1! and they'll help you get your degree!!'mb! and as I had a friend working at Amazon, she didn't have any of those perks. Does anyone know how they get to advertise that crap and then renege on it/not offer it? Just curious.

Since y’all liked my comment about my messed up fast food job I thought I would make another post regarding an incident that happened during 2020. Now I worked at a certain royal Burger chain That happens to use flame broiled meat. And for those of you who may not know this broiler is known to have issues. I am not sure if it is just this specific model or if and the company that makes them does shotty workmanship but nevertheless we had tons of issues with it. One important thing to note is that we had two different size patties for the meet and the larger size wall was what gave us the most trouble. Very often the large size would come out torn apart and we had to throw them away as we couldn’t sell them because we didn’t wanna deal with guests complaining about a ripped…
But we know that ain't happening.

Let’s talk pension plans…
i’m currently staying at one of the most popular hotels in vegas rn. last year when i went to vegas, tipping culture was not THIS bad. now, i’ve been her for like 30hours and my God, every action you make they ask you for a tip and they will call you out for it angry as hell. literally right now a bell hop brought our hand luggage down one floor then said “im not doing too wonderful…..no tip” then a taxi that took me on a 7 mile trip i gave her a 2 dollar tip then proceed to sad “wow a 2 dollar tip for all that” with an annoyed look…. is that normal?
The responsible party
I really want to do it first thing tomorrow (Monday) by email, but I guess face to face with resignation letter in hand is the better method. I just feel odd going to meetings on Tuesday and making plans for the future knowing I made the decision to leave on Friday after my shift. I’ve also only been at this job six months. It’s not my usual MO to leave this soon. I’ve had other jobs for 3 and 4 years, but this one really screws with me mentally and I just can’t take it anymore. I want to leave as soon as possible.
