In Ohio, is it legal to require hourly staff to give 30 days notice before they quit, and change their hourly rate to minimum wage for the last pay period if they don't? Is it legal to force said employees to pay for trainings the employer required them to take? Is it legal to terminate an employee's insurance coverage effective immediately and still charge them premiums on their last paycheck? Is any of this reportable & if so, to whom? Thanks!

I’ve been at this job for 5 months and texted my boss around 5 times sick which I made sure to to text 4 hours prior so there could be a replacement. Weirdly enough, every time I called in sick, he removes me that day off the schedule for next weeks schedule. I have Monday and Tuesdays off, when I call off Wednesday, the next Wednesday i’m off of the schedule and he doesn’t add me back. When i’m sick, it coincidentally happens when i’ve already had my two days off. This happened again, I worked 4 days in a row instead of 5 but called in again and he removed me another day which now i’m scheduled for 3 days?
