I make 40k and got my review today and they generously gave me 43k because me being sick 6 times in 6 months (these days were taken in dec and in feb) was excessive like sorry you don’t offer vacation time for the first year and my body needed a break. I am so absolutely unhappy
Is it just me, or is it a slap in the face for a company to shut down several lines, letting workers go, and then 4 days later posting that they are celebrating Workers Appreciation Day?
