Just before the pandemic started, my wife went from being a SAHM to starting down a new career pathway as a dental receptionist. She’s got a few years of experience working for toxic employers but she’s worked hard to get to know people and skill up. End of last year, one of the docs in her social network referred her to a new job and she was hired the next day.
