So I live in a really small town, and the last year has been hard up for work. My fiance is basically keeping us both alive, and I haven't been able to get a job, and not for a lack of trying. I've applied everywhere, and I've only gotten a few offers. The first one was working for Coca-Cola as a merchandiser. I went through the entire process, got the job, and was just waiting for them to give me my on-boarding location so I could go do paperwork. And then, no shit, the recruiter I was working with just ghosted me. He straight up ignored my calls and didn't even read my texts. And then, later on, I was hired to be the shift manager at a new gas station, only to get a call THE DAY BEFORE TRAINING STARTS that I no longer being hired. No reason was…

Probably the worst case of profit over people I’ve seen. Disgusting managers, crazy customers (guests). I’m hoping this industry burns to the ground.
