I know for sure I am IT. We have two c-suite employees that I haven't seen since the beginning of the pandemic they are wfh. I know that regular employees have been forced back into the office full time. Have even had one person leave or dismissed over this.

TELUS – Wages – Pending Strike
I'm apparently “Salary” when working 40 or more hours. Anything below that I'm considered hourly. There was one day last week I worked 4 hours instead of 8, so I lost 4 hours of pay on my check despite being “Salary”. A few weeks ago I worked an extra 4 hours and was never paid for it. Is there information somewhere that specifies my rights on this issue?
Just watched the Devil wears Prada
I remember everyone raving about this movie when I was a teenager but I never saw it until just now, and I hated how the entire movie justifies an abusive and controlling employer. A few things that may resonate with this subreddit: The assistant, Andy, is underpaid (dad pays her rent) and bullied by everyone in her workplace and then gets gas-lit and told that she isn't working hard enough. Gets given a virtually impossible task where she is set up to fail by her employer. Told that she must accompany the Director to Paris with threats that she will be black listed from working at any major publication if she refuses. One other hard working employee of 18 years is promised a promotion which turns out to be a lie to which he replies with something akin to “if I pick myself up by my bootstraps and work harder…
