UK gardening leave
Has anyone achieved this? I have handed in my eight week notice but wondering if there’s any easy route to get gardening leave? I have a new contract and all references are done. I could call in sick as an option too to still get full pay. Would love to hear the experience of others. Thanks

Deleting my approved time off
Bought tickets for me my mom and my stepfather for a concert. I got the time off approved but my other manager deleted it. I have a screenshot of it approved and HR won't do a damn thing. Should be called CR- Because they don't give a damn about us.
