1 Minute = 4 Unpaid Hours
Remember: working off the clock for only 5 minutes a day = 21 hours a year you are working for free. If you work 5 minutes for free every single day, 5 days a week, 50 weeks of the year… You're working 20.8 hours for free every year. Basically 21 hours unpaid. How much are you getting paid an hour? 10? 12, 16, 19? How much money are you losing? Don't work a single minute for free…
A small win
Actually got a win for once. I work for a hospital, and there was a rule that only nurses got paid extra to train new employees. Well after spending 8 moths of the year with nothing to show for it training people, I loudly and vehimitly refused to train anyone else. The thing is, it caught on. No one with experience would train people anymore. New people ended up training new people, and our department suffered for it. Any time we had those stupid coffee with the c suite events, it would be brought up. A year later, we got an email that we are finally getting paid to train starting immediately. Isn't going to stop my quiet quitting, but I'll keep Mt word and train again now.
the capitalists are among us
Why are people not eating the rich?
Might get a knock on my door from the FBI, but oh well. I'm genuinely asking hypothetically, we are not here yet, and if you think so then that's on you and I am not your keeper. Why has nobody eaten the rich yet? Think about the Las Vegas shooting, if someone can do that, and there's this much hatred towards the rich, why are people not taking action? I haven't seen a single rich person die from a targeted attack, but I might be wrong. I'm not saying they'd walk away, but I could 100% see some people not caring and understanding that. It'd be horrific and 2 lives would be thrown away, but I could, again, 100% see some people not caring Same goes for political assassinations, surprised I haven't seen any lately especially with how divided our country is both ways. Why do y'all think it hasn't…
a lot of truth bombs in this tweet
Well, her desktop computer won’t turn on or off. About 7 years old. I told her to go ahead and choose what she would like to have because we can definitely use her name now for collateral and she can make payments. Now, when I went to sign, I told her you understand that you are obligating yourself to make payments. She told me I sounded like I was drunk and not talking like normal. She really thinks it’s insane that she should have to pay for it in the months to come. Maybe I went a little too far in protecting my kids.
