My job sucks. The pay is terrible. I am really considering making an OF acct. I look at it this way, I make so little I might as well try.

The skilled laborers in my trade make $35-80+/ hr. In my case, i provide my own tools, and am considered professional. We know the details of our trade and have years of experience leading people and completing projects efficiently. The unskilled laborers make $20-25/ hr (or less) and simply follow directions. They haul bins, are assigned basic tasks guaged to their skill level and rarely provide more than their physical labor. It is often obvious that a basic laborer wants only to provide the bare minimum to make his minimum wage. This is usually perceived as lazy, but this guys perform a necessary function and once a man makes this obvious he has set his boundaries and limits his income. This type of laboror is considered basic and we do not expect them to stick around too long. I know men who have been content their entire career being unskilled…
Quitting while they desperately need you
Hi guys. I started another side job because I wanted to save some extra cash. But god it is SO awful. I’m working at a bakery inside a grocery store. I’ve done that before in another grocery store. So I’m working at a drugstore (I love it there) and this bakery now. But it’s so awful here. I try my best to keep up but they constantly make me work over-time because they’re short staffed and the bakery is meant for 2 people, not 1!!!!! So I’m on my toes all day. Plus, I need to constantly run to one of the registers whenever it’s busy. So I have 2 jobs at once because it’s short staffed. Actually 3, because I also need to help with stocking the entire store. Because they’re short staffed. I didn’t get my schedule until today (I started 2 weeks ago). I don’t know. My…
More out of courtesy than anything else? She’s not the fault that I’m leaving and she seems like a genuinely lovely person. Or, do I keep it to myself and hand in notice when I find something?
I’ve seen a lot on Twitter about hate on “wagies” and stuff, and it’s sparked a genuine interest in people who don’t work and call these people “wagies”. How do you survive without working? Surely not everyone is fortunate enough to make a living off the internet in ways I have no idea about. Any answers or opinions would help thanks, since I’m genuinely interested.
I know that studies in Europe are expensive for foreigners, but are they considered cheaper than American colleges? I just wonder if there's an alternative for Americans to get a degree without taking a loan, or with taking a small one.
Work mistakes
I worked at a restaurant for seven months, and I make 4 mistakes in 1 month. I can do pretty well at cleaning up lobby ,doing dishes. I usually make mistakes sometimes upfront, like I thought a customer wanted red sauce but wanted a different sauce, Or I didn't know how to do a bar code for a gift card. Usually we don't get many people with gift cards, and I didn't understand a lady who wanted to pay for a coke and another item (had a bit of a accent felt bad). Is this normal overall to make this much mistakes?
