I worked for a small family owned pharmacy as a staff pharmacist. The owner was…. A Karen to say the least. She was always very negative and berated and put down her employees, even for the tiniest of mistakes. About a week ago, we had a very nice gentleman come into the pharmacy and he had a very deep voice. I was the only pharmacist working besides the owner, but she was busy at the time. New job changed my pay
Got an offer for a new job, was told it was 20.41/hr to start. Even says it in my offer letter. Noticed a correction added on my time card account from the manager, changing my pay to minimum wage.
Yesterday I fell ill, told manager and she said “it’s ok, rest up blah blah.. oh and I need you on tomorrow, you’re the senior on closing.” Ok.. I’ll see how I feel. Surprise. I still feel shit. Went to the doctors this morning before my shift, she said if I was feeling crap she could issue one for today. I meant to get a medical certificate for the yesterday on that day, since doctors can’t give them out for previous days. I’m going to the pharmacy to get one for yesterday. I’m just nervous to hand it in, she says she needs me on tonight but I feel like crap. This is a fairly new job, about a month in. I’ve already taken two days off. I don’t want to let my manager down, how do I approach the situation?
Asking for a raise be like

I don't have a history (such as repeat offenses which I believe deserve scrutiny) of crime but instead a series of events that took place at the same time. Awesome defense. But I have been turned down from manufacturing jobs (we need warm body) and even fast food (…). So I apply at a cleaning company to be a genuine janitor. $15/hour to start part time Medical, dental, vision 401k with 5% match (100% for first 3% deferred, 50% for next 2%) but this is full time PTO is being worked out but will be 20 days annual (after 5 years) and just 10 days annual until 5 years Primarily internal promotion None of my experience before or during prison (I was a janitor in prison lol so maybe that…
