So I'm trying to get a new job and I want to use their resume as a sample to make my own to actually get a. Job please help

I just noticed that I have problems to maintain the lowest level of motivation I require to get my job done for 8 hours a day. Somehow I am racking up undertime slowly but consistently. I have a remote job and it is not that bad but it is not that good either. I am bored. I constantly think about switching profession actually. I am an IT-worker but doing this for 20 years straight seeing all the blowhards and the underachievers I was not quite fond of in the beginning since I was believing the lie that performance is rewarded (which it is not) and now I am an underachiever myself and I do not care! So anyone having an idea what I should do? I am bored at the job, I am bored at home, so what comes next? Switching jobs is something I try to do but throwing…

For reference, it is a very small company husband and wife. Husband calls the shots but Is 67 and mentally challenged and says disgusting things and have rotten morals similar to his severely rotting brain…. Recently got diagnosed with Parkinsonsim which I guess is his karma in life but I don't want to work for such a person. Maybe one of his daughters from his previous marriage can come take care of him asap…. All these kids and non of them want to help him???  He said to me he married his wife for her citizenship. Idk he told me a lot of personal things without my interest… I so want to quit on the spot but really need to secure a new job since I can't afford losing any paycheck. I’m so tired of upper management that can’t find the solutions to their own problems. Like dude you make 10x what I do, I’m not going to hold your hand and/or do the work I’m going to start ignoring their emails or respond when I feel like it. Maybe they’ll actually attempt to figure things out for themselves. 🤷‍️ (probably not)

So, this story is about my Bf, who for this sake, we'll call Alex, his boss which will be called DB (for dbag), and 4 different coworkers of his, Brian, Connor, Greg, and, Oliver. I used to work with my BF and had the same boss while there (we were not dating at the time and I worked there under DB for 3 years) so I know that the story he's told is true. Alex works a rotating 12 hour shift, where this week he worked Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday – which is relevant. Last Wednesday, DB had sent Alex and their crew an email, telling them that DB is going to start cross training them on receiving product in because the receiving team is nonexistent there.
