I applied for a role and got sent a link to do an automated video interview. Fuck that noise. So I have to prepare for an interview, dress up, make sure my room is nice (because better believe there's no background filters) to be one of I don't know how many people interviewing. For all I know they sent the link to everybody that applied. So they don't have to invest any time into me, not even the courtesy of a phone call, but I have all the work of a normal interview but somehow more awkward. No options for me to ask questions, completely one sided. Fuck off.
