Anyone else noticing a trend for applying for supervisor / managerial roles ? I typically apply to these because I have managerial experience and they often pay more so that’s why I go for them.
But I’ve noticed when I go to the interview they often say they aren’t actually hiring managers and are only looking for crew , or they promise you’d be a manager in training , doing managerial duties but only making a crew’s wage.
I’m getting sick of this and I don’t know how to tell these recruiters that unless you’re gonna start me in the position, and salary you posted, please don’t waste my time.
