So on Wednesday someone found a bedbug in one of the breakroom couches. When i came in thurs i was told about this. Luckily i always sit on the leather chairs but i dont even want to risk sitting on those. Only one was found but if theres one theres gotta be more. Apparently they sprayed some stuff on the couch but i really dont trust that to remove them. This is a huge corporation they can afford to toss the couches and buy new ones. A coworker told me theyre 15 years old too. Anyway, on thursday one of the coworkers who found the bedbug and was warning everyone was called into the office by one of the head managers and he “ripped her a new one” for talking about it and warning people. Many people sit on the couches they deserve to know. Its not like we are telling customers, no one is doing that. Management wont even put up a sign in the breakroom to warn people. Bedbugs are hard as fuck to get rid of and im sure that this shithole corp wouldnt pay for any removal if someone brought them home due to this negligence.
