Since last May I have been trying to get a job in my industry after graduating college. I've always hated applying for jobs, especially with all the bullshit where you have to retype your entire resume into an online form. It's been five months now and thanks to those stupid websites I am FORCED to give my email to if I want to apply, I'm getting targeted job related scam emails that aren't caught by my spam filter. I'm so angry about it. One of these third party hosting sites for job applications is selling the emails of people searching for jobs, so they can try to target the most desperate people who will say yes to anything.
There are a million other things about the job application process that are complete crap but having this insanely predatory stuff happen is just awful.
