My boss sent me a text saying
“If you are not totally familiar / comfortable with the Admin Procedures document and the tutorial videos at this stage please do some home ‘study’. You can take a printed copy of the admin procedures home. You should be able to use your phone for the videos – you do not need to log in to do those, they are on the website. I will resend the link. I think you will find that helpful and will make your days run smoothly! To be clear this would be self study, not logged time. But helpful indeed!”
One I am only a month in and have been told I’m doing well. Two, I only get paid $16 an hour and work 35-38 hour weeks. Three, I feel like I’m being rushed during my probation cause she is losing her senior employee to a new job and needs someone who can handle her duties fast. Maybe it’s selfish of me but when I’m home the only thing I want to do is de stress and unwind and not even think about work. Is this normal?
