Been working for my company for 10 years, accidently found out they are hiring new people with significantly less experience at the same rate as me. What do I do?

So I went to the printer today to get something I printed out. Mixed in my papers was a job offer to a second shift entry level position that was at the same rate as myself. I have been there 10 years, trained countless people and am second only to one other in terms of skill level. I'm beyond disappointed and not going to lie, my emotions are getting the better of me but was able to keep calm enough to try and think clearly before I raise hell tomorrow. What should I do? Do I say anything? To anyone? Or do I just leave?
