Trust me, I feel as many do in this group. I will say its terrible when people quit because of the new era were in (and I can respect that), yet Im trying hard to keep people motivated knowing that many are still gonna look elsewhere for higher pay because of rising costs. While some may or may not believe me, I consider myself a fair supervisor to all employees, but I dont make the rules in corporate, but have to deliver them while thinking “damn this is a totally different side of things” as we transition to a new generation of employees.
