Being asked to work Saturdays indefinitely….

Recent grad in my second full-time job, working as an early years teacher. In my contract it states they can ask me to do overtime but not more than 10 hours a day. The new school I’m at has dumped a bunch of ideas including me doing after school clubs and helping out with events that have nothing to do with me on a Saturday. I already work 9 hours every day, please can you guys suggest some polite ways to say ‘I do not want to spend time at work outside my contracted hours’. (7.30am to 4.30pm) Working in Cambodia where they do not have a concept of work-life balance but my boss is American so I’m hoping to get through to her.
