I like my job at the place I work. It is a contract job and I am trying to branch out and work with the company itself. I believe that my job site supervisor blocked me from getting hired on with the company because she wanted me to stay in the position I am to save her headaches. I have seen her do this to another person who works for another contracted company as well. I have stayed with the company because I love the shift, I am a lead and its not a hard job. However, I drive 40 minutes one way to work and they are beginning to put more restrictions. I was dressing business casual and now they want me to wear a uniform. ( I hate my company uniform)…. So with all of that being said, am I just being childish?
