So, my life situation is basically that I work very part-time due to being a full-time caregiver. We just had an unexpected home repair and unexpected medical expense. Everyone is fine thankfully, but I need cash.
I’m old and don’t need to maintain references or need to account for gaps in employment. I need to get hired somewhere, not do a whole lot, collect a shitty paycheck or two, then quit or get fired. A week or two of paid training would be amazing as long as I could have camera off for most of it.
I prefer not to screw over a small nonprofit or anything, but if someone has in mind a large unethical company where I could do this, I’d love that. I have advanced degrees, but obviously don’t want an actual professional job where ethical standards would apply. Data entry or call center or something would be lovely. A couple weeks at minimum wage even. So, who has an employer they hate? Bonus if they’re slow to fire people.
