Manager the last 2 months knows absolutely nothing about the job they got hired to do. Subtlety keeps asking me to “do his job for him”. I oblige to keep myself looking better in the eyes of district/regional managers. Everything that he does wrong gets blamed on me for not teaching him, a higher paid person who I'm supposed to listen to. Fuck all work ethic honestly.
