I work for a family business with <20 total employees. I walk into the office to punch in and neither boss (2 owners of the company) looks up from what they're doing and then jumps into giving me a single task for the entire day. I used to take the initiative and say good morning but now I just nod and walk back out like the grunt I am.
Is this a generational thing? They're 70+ and I'm late 20s. Or is it just ??? A bad business?
