I knew this was coming for awhile now. I always was a great employee being friendly to customers, doing my job, never being late but something went wrong somewhere because my regional manager started criticizing me. Me and her were always cool with each other but then out of the blue her behavior towards me changed. Her criticism got to a point where i almost just walked out and quit one day and all i wanted to do was cry and feel ashamed. I had a couple instances where i could tell they were trying to make me look bad or like i did something so they could fire me. i started getting blamed for other peoples lack of work skills because “I’m the one who has worked there longest so i should’ve been correcting them” but the ironic thing was the way they were claiming the store was supposed to run was not how i was ever taught. But then lo and behold it was a fellow employee’s irresponsibility that gets me, the responsible one, fired. Its nice knowing the person who is late never gets punished of course but when i need to be somewhere and i already have dedicated hours to the store working others hours because people are always late or just dip i just get tossed aside. My own regional manager pulled that crap. And the store manager was never on time and she would purposefully schedule herself extra hours but then do nothing at all and then have the nerve to take our tips at the end of the night.
